RECRUITMENT  NOTICE

 

Vietnam International Assurance Company (VIA), the earliest of the foreign invested insurers  entering the Vietnamese non-life insurance market would like to employ a highly qualified candidate for the position of:

1) IT Executive:
a. Requirements:
* Being an IT engineer with an excellent English speaking and writing ability
* Having at least 5 years experience working for a JVC/ foreign company and 2 years experiences in IBM AS/400 system, COBOL/400, CL/400, Query/400 and SQL/400;
* Being conversant with software development life cycle including user requirement gathering, analyzing, specifications, system testing, conducting UATs and implementation;
* Being experienced in general insurance, preferably having a good knowledge of SMART/400 – POLISY/400;

b. Job description:
* Works involves responsibilities for the administration of company’s IT operations , including LAN/WAN, web, email, security, insurance system and accounting application;
* Coordinating and managing efficient use of IT resource, including monitoring and managing reports in terms of storage, server, networking equipment, desktop and printers;
* Overseeing the analysis, design, and deployment of IT solutions and ensuring their alignment with corporate’ objectives and compliance with project and system development standards;

2) Insurance Policy processing - Business Development Trainee Executive:
a. Requirements:
* Female, aged 23 to 26 ;
* Good English, both in speaking and writing ;
* University graduate. 

b. Job description:

  • In charge of policy processing work and manage various insurance policies.
  • Supporting related administrative work.
