Every
indevidual or business eterprise owes a duty of care to other third

or illness or disease to persons or loss or damage to property of

financial effects on the individual or business enterprise if they

Public Liability Policy is designed to provide an indemnity to Insured
in respect of legal liability to pay compensation for the consequence
of such negligent acts. It also covers costs and expenses of litifation
recovered by an claimant against the Insured and incrurred with
the written consent of Insurer. In some policies, such costs and
expenses are included within the overall limit of indemnity.

Products or contamination.
War and kindred risks, civil war, mutiny, civil commotion
etc, martial law or state of siege, acts of terrorism.
Iconizing radiations or contamination by radioactivity from
nuclear fuel etc.
Nuclear weapons mateial.
Breach of professional duty or service.
